Ingredients
- ½ pounds ground pork: 1 piece
- lean ground beef: 1 pound
- ground lamb: 0.5 pound
- egg white: 1 piece
- garlic: 4 clove (minced)
- ground black pepper: 2 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- baking soda: 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper: 1 tsp
- paprika: 0.5 tsp
