Ingredients

  • butter: 1 cup
  • confectioners' sugar: 0.5 cup
  • all-purpose flour: 2 cups
  • baking powder: 0.25 tsp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a large bowl, cream butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. Stir together flour and baking powder; blend into butter mixture. Pat into a 9 inch pie plate.
