These cookies are really very fancy and colorful, they are made very simply and very very tasty. Improve the mood of the whole family by making these cookies.


  • salt : 1 pinch
  • sugar powder : 160 g
  • lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
  • egg white : 1 piece
  • baking powder : 1 pinch
  • vanilla sugar : 2 Tbsp
  • water : 6 Tbsp
  • sugar : 3 Tbsp
  • butter : 120 g
  • flour : 200 g

Stages of cooking

  1. In a bowl mix flour, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Add cold butter and water, knead the dough, then wrap in a plastic and place in the fridge for one hour.

  2. Roll out a disk and cut out the cookie shapes, use any cookie cutter.

  3. Oil the baking tray, place the cookies and bake in a pre-heated to 190C (370F) degrees oven for about 10-15 minutes.

  4. Take out the cookies, this is how they must look.

  5. Now make an icing. Whisk the white of egg with lemon juice.

  6. Add sifted sugar powder and whisk until smooth.

  7. Use food colorings if you want. Now paint cookies with a brush.

  8. Enjoy with milk, tea or coffee!
