This Greek sauce is very tasty and interesting adding to all meat dishes, this sauce is law in calories, by the way. Besides, you may add some ingredients per tatse.
- salt : 1 pinch (per taste)
- parsley : 2 Tbsp
- garlic : 1 clove
- olive oil : 1 Tbsp
- cucumber : 1 piece
- yogurt : 300 ml
Stages of cooking
Rinse cucumber and grate.
Now grate garlic. Add more garlic, it is per your taste.
Add olive oil but it is optional.
Now throw cut parsley and salt, mix well. Instead of parsley you may add dill or cilantro. Taste and add more salt or other ingredient if required.
