Shrimp Bordelaise is one of the best and the most delicious recipes for those who are crazy about shrimps and dishes cooked of them. The dish belongs to the French cuisine and the result is so fantastic that your loved ones will keep asking you to cook the dish over and over again!
Ingredients
- shrimp: 1 kg (frozen)
- butter: 2 Tbsp
- carrots: 1 piece
- red onion: 1 piece
- garlic: 1 clove
- fennel: 0.5 bunch
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- white dry wine: 120 ml
- cognac: 50 ml
- flour: 1 Tbsp

Defreeze the shrimps.
