Light, juicy, bright, healthy, original - all this about our today's recipe shrimp salad with lime dressing.
Ingredients
- shrimp: 500 g
- tomatoes: 1 piece
- sweet pepper: 1 piece
- carrots: 1 piece
- salad lattuce: 1 sprigs (or salad mix)
- honey: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 1 piece
- lime: 1 piece
- oregano: 0.5 tsp
- paprica: 1 pinch
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- salt: 1 pinch
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut into large pieces tomato, pepper and onion, grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Put everything on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, add spices and bake for 15 minutes at 200 C. -
Cook (or defrost) and peel the shrimps.

Heat butter (or olive oil) in a pan and fry the shrimps for a minute.

Mix honey, lime juice and olive oil.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add dressing and mix.
