Shrimps in the garlic sauce is one of the simplest and tastiest dishes for those, who adore Italian cuisine and seafood in particular. The dish contains the ingredients that are excellently compatible with each other, so why not cooking it right away?
Ingredients
- shrimp: 400 g
- white dry wine: 100 ml
- tomatoes: 3 piece
- garlic: 1 piece
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- bay leaf: 1 piece
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp

Pour the tomatoes with hot boiling water and peel them quickly. Chop the garlic in another plate and add salt and black pepper.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, add white dry wine to the garlic. Mix the ingredients and the sauce will be ready!

Oil the baking form and put the shrimps inside.

Pour the shrimps with the garlic and tomato sauce. Add bay leaf.

Bake in the oven at 200 C ( 392 F) for about 15-20 minutes.

Serve the dish warm with pasta or any other side dish you prefer and enjoy its fantastic taste!
