This slow cooker chili is packed with beans, veggies, and spices. The crockpot is a great way to make this beefy chili.

Ingredients

  • ground beef: 1 pound
  • onion: 0.75 cup (diced)
  • celery: 0.75 cup (diced)
  • green bell pepper: 0.75 cup (diced)
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
  • tomato puree: 2 cans (10.75 ounce cans)
  • kidney beans with liquid: 1 can (15 ounce can)
  • kidney beans: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
  • cannellini beans with liquid: 1 can (15 ounce can)
  • chili powder: 0.5 Tbsp
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • basil: 0.75 tsp (dried)
  • oregano: 0.75 tsp (dried)
  • parsley: 0.5 tsp (dried)
  • ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
  • hot pepper sauce: 0.125 tsp
