These creamy crockpot mashed potatoes melt in your mouth and what could be easier than potatoes in the slow cooker?

Ingredients

  • red potatoes, cut into chunks: 5 pound
  • cubes chicken bouillon: 3 piece
  • garlic: 1 Tbsp (to taste, minced)
  • sour cream: 1 container (8 ounce container)
  • cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
  • butter: 0.5 cup
  • salt and pepper: (to taste)
