- (1 ½-inch thick) center-cut boneless pork chops: 4 piece
- kosher salt: 1 tsp
- ½ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper: 1 piece
- paprika: 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder: 1 Tbsp
- poultry seasoning: 1 Tbsp
- oregano: 1 tsp (dried)
- basil: 1 tsp (dried)
- chicken broth: 1 cup
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
