Ingredients
- wood chips:
- tomatoes: 4 piece (diced)
- onions: 2 piece (diced)
- green bell pepper: 1 piece (diced)
- red bell pepper: 1 piece (diced)
- yellow bell pepper: 1 piece (diced)
- orange bell pepper: 1 piece (diced)
- Jalapeno peppers: 3 piece (diced)
- lime: 1 piece (juiced)
- garlic powder: 0.25 tsp (to taste)
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)
- bunch fresh cilantro: 1 piece (chopped)

Preheat a smoker grill to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Add wood chips according to the manufacturer's instructions.
