Bite for bite this one-pan sausage tortellini skillet meal is delicious, cheesy, and even better — easy!

Ingredients

  • Hillshire Farm® Smoked Sausage, diagonally: 1 pack (14 ounce pack, cut into 1/4 inch slices)
  • garlic: 3 clove (minced)
  • medium onion, 1/2-inch dice: 1 piece
  • green bell pepper: 1 piece (sliced)
  • cheese tortellini, cooked according to package directions: 1 pack (12 ounce pack, fresh)
  • marinara sauce: 1 jar (24 ounce jar)
  • mozzarella cheese: 2 cups (divided, shredded)
  • oregano: 1 tsp (dried)

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Heat a large 12-inch oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and add smoked sausage. Cook until brown. Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper. Lower heat to medium and stir until vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, 1 cup cheese, and oregano.

  4. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
