This soup is mainly cooked with meat but this variant is absolutely vegetarian. So read and cook this aromatic and tasty soup.
Rinse and boil potato until it's done and boil rice for 20 minutes.
Chop onion and garlic.
Peel and grate carrot.
Pre-heat a pan, pour oil and fry tomato paste.
Add onion and garlic, fry 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
Put walnuts, carrot and spices in the pan.
Now put vegetables in the pan with rice.
Cut prepared potatoes and put into the soup.
Add greens and cook 3 minutes. Now it is ready!
