This soup is mainly cooked with meat but this variant is absolutely vegetarian. So read and cook this aromatic and tasty soup.

Ingredients

  • tomato paste : 2 Tbsp
  • spices : 1 Tbsp (per taste)
  • walnuts : 0.5 cup
  • garlic : 3 clove
  • carrot : 1 piece
  • onion : 2 piece
  • potato : 3 piece
  • water : 2.5 litre
  • rice : 0.5 cup
  • oil : 2 Tbsp
  • greens : 1 Tbsp

  1. Rinse and boil potato until it's done and boil rice for 20 minutes.

  2. Chop onion and garlic.

  3. Peel and grate carrot.

  4. Pre-heat a pan, pour oil and fry tomato paste.

  5. Add onion and garlic, fry 3 minutes, stirring all the time.

  7. Put walnuts, carrot and spices in the pan.
