This soup is mainly cooked with meat but this variant is absolutely vegetarian. So read and cook this aromatic and tasty soup.
Rinse and boil potato until cooked and boil rice for 20 minutes.
Chop onion and garlic.
Peel and grate carrot well.
Pre-heat a pan, pour oil and fry tomato paste.
Add onion and garlic, fry 3 minutes, stirring all the time.
Throw walnuts, carrot and spices in the pan.
Now throw the vegetables in the pan with rice.
Cube boiled potatoes and throw into the soup.
Add greens and cook 3 minutes. Now it is ready!
