- potato: 8 piece
- egg: 6 piece
- onion: 2 piece
- olive oil: 8 Tbsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- smoked paprika: 1 tsp

Chop the onion and potato. In a pan with a thick bottom, heat oil, add onions and fry for 3-4 minutes, then add potatoes, mix, cover and fry until cooked.

Fry the potatoes until cooked, but it shouldn't be very soft and should not lose shape.
