 
Tzatziki sauce - the most popular Greek sauce, it accompanies all Greek meals.
Ingredients
- yogurt: 1 kg (Greek yogurt)
- cucumber: 2 piece
- garlic: 3 clove
- olive oil: 4 Tbsp
- wine vinegar: 1 tsp
- dill: 1 bunch

Stages of cooking
- 
                                        Prepare Greek yugurt.   
- 
                                        Peel the cucumbers, rub on a grater and squeeze them out with hands. Add to the yogurt squeezed cucumbers, garlic (pressed), chopped dill, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.   
- 
                                        Mix well. 
 It is served with both meat and fish, or you can just spread it on bread.
