  • cooked edamame: 0.75 cup
  • chopped dry-roasted cashews: 0.5 cup
  • fresh cilantro: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
  • sriracha: 2 Tbsp
  • extra-virgin olive oil: 1 Tbsp
  • rice vinegar: 1 Tbsp
  • maple syrup: 1 tsp
  • garlic: 2 clove (minced)
