Ingredients
- no-sugar-added bacon: 2 piece (cooked, slices)
- yellow onions: 2 piece (peeled and diced, medium)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- popcorn shrimp: 1 cup (cooked, (not the breaded kind))
- tomato: 1 piece (diced, medium)
- Monterey jack cheese: 3 cups (shredded)
- Frank’s RedHot sauce: 0.25 tsp
- cayenne pepper: 0.25 tsp
- black pepper: 0.25 tsp

Cook the bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until crisp, about 5–10 minutes. Keep grease in pan. Lay the bacon on a paper towel to cool. When cool, crumble the bacon with your fingers.

Add the onion and garlic to the bacon drippings in the skillet and sauté over medium-low heat until they are soft and fragrant, about 10 minutes.

Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker; stir well. Cook covered on low setting 1–2 hours or until cheese is fully melted.
