A creamy and savory dip made with cream cheese, bacon, spinach, roasted garlic, and seasonings, perfect for serving with keto-friendly snacks.
Ingredients
- bacon: 8 piece (no-sugar-added)
- spinach: 2 cups (chopped)
- cream cheese: 8 oz (softened)
- full-fat sour cream: 1 fl oz
- plain full-fat Greek yogurt: 1 fl oz
- fresh parsley: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
- roasted garlic: 6 clove (mashed)
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 1 tsp (1/2 teaspoon in the recipe)
- Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (grated)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.

Add spinach to hot pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.

To a medium bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper and beat with a handheld mixer until combined.

Roughly chop bacon and stir into cream cheese mixture. Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese.

Transfer to an 8" × 8" baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
