A creamy and savory dip made with cream cheese, bacon, spinach, roasted garlic, and seasonings, perfect for serving with keto-friendly snacks.

Ingredients

  • bacon: 8 piece (no-sugar-added)
  • spinach: 2 cups (chopped)
  • cream cheese: 8 oz (softened)
  • full-fat sour cream: 1 fl oz
  • plain full-fat Greek yogurt: 1 fl oz
  • fresh parsley: 2 Tbsp (chopped)
  • lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
  • roasted garlic: 6 clove (mashed)
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • black pepper: 1 tsp (1/2 teaspoon in the recipe)
  • Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (grated)

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Cook bacon in a medium skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.

  3. Add spinach to hot pan and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.

  4. To a medium bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper and beat with a handheld mixer until combined.

  5. Roughly chop bacon and stir into cream cheese mixture. Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese.

  6. Transfer to an 8" × 8" baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
