Pancakes always make a perfect breakfast or a snack at night. Add a few delicious strawberries on top of your pancakes and healthy strawberry yogurt to the batter to make the dish even tastier. The recipe is provided below.

- pancake mix: 2 cup
- milk: 1 cup
- egg: 2 piece (large)
- strawberries: 1 cup (sliced and fresh)
- yogurt: 2 cup (strawberry yogurt)

Take a frying pan and put it on small fire to pre-heat it a bit.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for a 1/4 cup of strawberries. Add plain yogurt or strawberry yogurt to your batter, because this is a recipe of strawberry yogurt pancakes! Stir thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are mixed properly.

Spoon pancake batter on the frying pan.

Turn the pancakes on the other side using a spatula when you see their edges starting to dry. Your pancakes should be light brown or slightly golden in color.

Check under a pancake to see if the other side has browned, and take them off the frying pan. Fry the pancakes until the batter is over.
