Tasty egg casserole that husband approves! I frequently make this dish because it's so easy to make. This recipe can be easily doubled or tripled, but you may have to cook it longer.
Ingredients
- eggs, whisked: 6 piece
- cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
- bacon: 6 slices (diced)
- bread: 2 slices (cubed)
- red bell pepper: 0.33333 piece (diced)
- green onions: 2 piece (chopped)
- milk: 3 Tbsp
- garlic: 0.5 tsp (to taste, minced, optional)
- salt and ground black pepper: 0 piece (to taste)
