This is the best recipe for a fresh and light vinaigrette coleslaw that goes well with everything. This is the only coleslaw recipe you'll use once you've tried it.

Ingredients

  • apple cider vinegar: 3 Tbsp
  • canola oil: 3 Tbsp
  • white sugar: 3 Tbsp
  • dry mustard: 0.25 tsp
  • poppy seeds: 0.25 tsp
  • ground black pepper: 0.25 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • hot pepper sauce: 0.25 tsp (optional)
  • green cabbage: 4 cups (shredded)
  • medium carrots: 2 piece (shredded)

  1. Whisk vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard, poppy seeds, pepper, salt, and hot sauce together in a bowl until sugar has dissolved.
