This pie tastes almost like pumpkin pie! We use this recipe on Thanksgiving and no one knows the difference. I think it's even better than pumpkin pie!

Ingredients

  • sweet potatoes: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
  • carrots: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
  • packed brown sugar: 0.25 cup
  • milk: 0.25 cup
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • pumpkin pie spice: 1 tsp
  • prepared graham cracker crust: 1 piece

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
