Ingredients
- chili powder: 1 Tbsp
- ground cumin: 1.5 tsp
- ground paprika: 0.5 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 1 tsp
- dried oregano: 0.25 tsp
- crushed red pepper flakes: 0.25 tsp
- granulated garlic: 0.25 tsp
- granulated onion: 0.25 tsp
- 75% lean ground beef: 1 pound
- sharp Cheddar cheese: 8 oz (slices, 1-ounce slices of cheese)
- no-sugar-added salsa: 0.5 cup
- chopped cilantro: 0.25 cup
- Frank’s RedHot sauce: 3 Tbsp

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine spices in a small bowl and stir to mix. Cook ground beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. When beef is almost done cooking, add spice mixture and stir to coat completely. Remove from heat and set aside.

Arrange Cheddar cheese slices on lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes or until starting to brown. Allow to cool for 3 minutes, then peel from baking sheet and transfer each slice to the well of a muffin tin, forming a cup. Allow to cool.

Scoop equal amounts of meat into each cup and top with 1 tablespoon of salsa. Sprinkle cilantro and hot sauce on top.
