- wasabi: 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice: 1 Tbsp
- olive oil: 3 Tbsp
- ginger: 1 tsp
- salmon: 300 g
- soy sauce: 4 Tbsp

Take salmon steaks, scale them and remove bones.

To make marinade mix soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil (1 Tbsp), grated ginger and black pepper.

Place salmon in a bowl and pour marinade over it. Leave just several tablespoons of marinade and let salmon marinate for 15 minutes.

Now spread wasabi all over the salmon steaks. Use wasabi more or less, up to your taste.

Mix in a bowl black and white sesame.

Dip each salmon steak into sesame.

Pour in a frying pan the rest of olive oil (2 Tbsp), place salmon and fry each side during 2 minutes. Before serving sprinkle the rest of marinade over salmon steaks. Bon appétit!
