Something a little different to have on some nice crisp torn lettuce leaves or in a sandwich. Gala and Pink Lady apples are my favorites for this.
Ingredients
- chunk light tuna: 1 can (5 ounce can, drained)
- creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®): 0.25 cup
- hard-boiled egg: 1 piece (chopped)
- apple: 0.5 piece (diced)
- toasted pecans: 0.5 cup (chopped)
- salt and pepper: (to taste)

Stir the tuna, salad dressing, egg, apple, and pecans together in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
