This no-mayo tuna salad goes great with pita chips or whatever kind of cracker you like. A perfect snack packed with protein and vegetables. Easy to make and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients
- tuna in water: 2 cans (5 ounce cans, drained)
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- white beans: 1 can (15 ounce can, drained)
- cherry tomatoes: 18 piece (diced)
- scallions: 4 piece (diced, to taste)
