This Texas coleslaw is one of my favorites! It's great for barbecues and picnics. For a more mild salad, use fewer green onions.
Ingredients
- mayonnaise: 1 cup
- lime juice: 1 Tbsp
- ground cumin: 1 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper: 1 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp
- ground black pepper: 1 tsp
- medium head green cabbage, rinsed and very: 1 piece (sliced)
- carrot: 1 piece (shredded)
- green onions: 2 piece (sliced)
- radishes: 2 piece (sliced)

Whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add cabbage, carrot, green onions, and radishes and stir until well-combined. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
