Simple meatball seasonings make these meatballs extra tasty. They're full of spice and sautéed to perfection. I usually serve mine with spaghetti, but I've also served them with BBQ sauce and rice on the side.

Ingredients

  • lean ground beef: 1 pound
  • seasoned croutons: 0.75 cup (crushed)
  • sweet onion: 0.25 cup (chopped)
  • egg, lightly: 1 piece (beaten)
  • garlic: 2 clove (chopped)
  • Worcestershire sauce: 3 Tbsp
  • prepared yellow mustard: 1 Tbsp
  • red pepper flakes: 1 tsp
  • Cajun seasoning: 1 tsp
  • butter: 1 Tbsp
  • Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tsp

  1. Mix ground beef, croutons, sweet onion, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, red pepper flakes, and Cajun seasoning in a large bowl until well combined. Form mixture into meatballs by hand.

  2. Melt butter in olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place meatballs in the hot skillet. Cook, turning constantly, until desired doneness is reached, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) for well done.
