Pour warm (35-40 C) water into a spacious bowl. Dissolve yeast, salt and olive oil in it. Add some flour and knead light dough. If the dough sticks to the hands and the dish, add more flour. Knead the dough at least 5-7 minutes, or even 10 minutes. In this case, the pizza will be with a thin and airy crust. Cover the dough with a napkin and put it in a warm place to grow.
