Ingredients
- ground beef: 1 pound
- onion: 1 piece (diced)
- egg: 1 piece
- dry bread crumbs: 0.25 cup
- ½ cups water: 1 piece
- packed brown sugar: 1 cup
- distilled white vinegar: 0.25 cup
- soy sauce: 3 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour: 3 Tbsp
