This sushi vinegar is simple and perfect!
                    Ingredients
- rice vinegar (such as MarukanВ®): 2 cups
- white sugar: 1.5 cups
- salt: 1.5 Tbsp
- lemon: 0.125 piece (juiced)

                                        Stir together rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and lemon juice in a saucepan over low heat until sugar and salt dissolve; do not boil. 
-
