Do you like Tiramisu? And what about Tiramisu cupcakes? If you have never tasted this fantastic dessert, it is high time to cook it now. It is easy and quick to cook, while the look and taste of these unusual cupcakes will become a real surprise for your friends and family!

Ingredients

  • flour: 1.5 cup
  • baking powder: 1.25 tsp
  • salt: 0.25 tsp
  • butter: 115 g
  • sugar: 200 g
  • egg: 2 piece
  • vanilla essence: 4 tsp (2 tsp for the dough and 2 tsp of cream)
  • milk: 200 ml
  • instant coffee: 0.5 cup
  • rum: 3 Tbsp
  • mascarpone: 230 g
  • cream: 0.5 cup

  1. Mix butter with sugar, add eggs and 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence.

  2. Take another bowl and mix flour, baking soda and salt in it. Now, add the mixture you have prepared in the previous step. Finally, add milk and mix the ingredients well to get smooth mixture.

  3. Spoon the batter into the cupcake forms and leave 1/3 of space. Bake at 180 C (360 F) for about 25-30 minutes until the cupcakes become light brown and crusty.

  4. Now, boil coffee (you will need 0.5 cup of it), let it cool down and mix with 2 tablespoons of dark rum.

  5. As soon as cupcakes are ready, stick each of them 12 times with a toothpick.

  6. Now, pour hot cupcakes with the sauce. You will need around 3-4 teaspoons for each cupcake. After that, let the cupcakes cool down.

  7. It is high time to cook cream! For this purpose, mix mascarpone, 1/3 cup of sugar, dense cream, 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence and 2 teaspoons of rum. Mix the ingredients well to get dense cream.

  8. Cover the cupcakes with the cream using a pastry bag and decorate them with cocoa powder. Enjoy the dessert!
