These bites are an easy snack that’s good on the go. Give yourself a little variety by using canned chicken or canned salmon in place of tuna.
Ingredients
- tuna packed in water: 2 cans (drained)
- large hard-boiled eggs: 2 piece (peeled and chopped)
- keto-approved mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp
- goat cheese: 2 tsp
- medium cucumber: 1 piece (cut into rounds)

Put tuna in a medium bowl with chopped eggs, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until combined.
