These bites are an easy snack that’s good on the go. Give yourself a little variety by using canned chicken or canned salmon in place of tuna.

Ingredients

  • tuna packed in water: 2 cans (drained)
  • large hard-boiled eggs: 2 piece (peeled and chopped)
  • keto-approved mayonnaise: 0.5 cup
  • salt: 0.5 tsp
  • black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • goat cheese: 2 tsp
  • medium cucumber: 1 piece (cut into rounds)
