A yummy dip that can be used instead of traditional guacamole or tzatziki. I made it for a family dinner and served it with nacho chips and veggie chips. It would be great with pitas or in a sandwich. Something a little different to add to your table.
Ingredients
- ripe avocados, peeled and pitted: 4 piece
- garlic: 0.25 cup (minced)
- lemon juice: 2 Tbsp
- plain yogurt: 0.33333 cup
- sour cream: 0.33333 cup
- English cucumber: 1 cup (diced)
- fresh mint: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- fresh dill: 0.25 cup (chopped)
- fresh cilantro: 3 Tbsp (chopped)
- ½ tablespoons red pepper flakes: 1 piece
- salt and ground black pepper: (to taste)

Combine avocados, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl; mash into a paste using a fork or spoon. Mix in yogurt and sour cream. Stir in cucumber, mint, dill, cilantro, red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
