Taco filling using fried beans as its base. Great with taco shells, tortillas, or chips.

- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 1 piece (diced)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- black beans, rinsed, drained, and: 2 cans (14.5 ounce cans, mashed)
- yellow cornmeal: 2 Tbsp
- ½ tablespoons cumin: 1 piece
- paprika: 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper: 1 tsp
- chili powder: 1 tsp
- salsa: 1 cup
