- medium onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- red bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- green bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- mushrooms: 1 cup (chopped)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- turmeric: 0.5 tsp
- salt and black pepper: (to taste)
- green onions: 2 piece (chopped)
- bread to serve: (fresh)
