Ingredients
- deep dish pie crust: 1 piece
- eggs: 3 piece
- milk: 1 cup
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese: 0 Tbsp (shredded)
- spinach: 2 cups (chopped)
- bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- salt: 0 Tbsp (to taste)
- ground black pepper: 0 Tbsp (to taste)

Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).

Bake the deep dish pie crust for 7 minutes and remove from oven. Leave the oven on.

While the crust is baking, beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the milk and whisk together until well combined.
