- corn flour: 200 g
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- Hot boiling water: 300 ml
- onion: 60 g
- olive oil: 20 ml
- dill: 10 g
- parsley: 10 g
- baking powder: 0.5 tsp

Prepare ingredients.
Sift the flour, peel the onions and cut into cubes, wash the herbs and chop not very finely. Boil and measure 300 ml of water. -
Add salt and baking powder to sifted flour and mix with a whisk or spoon.

Pour in boiling water, mix gently and cover a bowl of dough with a towel. Leave for 20 minutes.

While the dough fits, brown the onions in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes.

Add to the dough onions and herbs. Mix.

Divide the dough into 6 parts and form 6 fritters. If the dough turns out to be a little thin, it can be spread on the pan with a spoon and it can also be shaped into a flat cake - of small diameter so that it is easier to turn over. Preheat the pan over medium heat. Cook cakes on a dry pan.

Bake each cake for 3-5 minutes on each side.
