Today, I wish to share the fantastic recipe of vegan carrot patties with bran. They can be served both hot and cold. You can eat them as the main dish or a side dish. However, if you like desserts, then add any sweet sauce or sour cream to the dish and you will be amazed with its sweet taste!

Ingredients

  • carrots : 600 g
  • water : 100 ml
  • bran : 2 Tbsp
  • semola : 80 g
  • oil : 2 Tbsp
  • salt : 1 pinch

Stages of cooking

  1. Grate the carrots into a deep frying pot, add water and stew on small fire for about 15 minutes

  2. Put the stewed carrot into a deep bowl, add bran, semola and salt. Mix until the mass becomes smooth

  3. Let the mass cool down a bit, wash your hands and form the patties. Cover the baking form with baking paper and carefully put the patties on it

  4. Bake in the oven at 200 C (392 F) for about 20 minutes. Then turn the patties on another side and continue baking for 10 minutes. Now, you can serve your vegan carrot patties with bran with sweet sauce or any side dish you like! This will not affect the fantastic taste of the dish! Bon appétit!
