- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 1.5 cup
- carrots: 1 cup
- curry: 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar: 1 tsp
- ginger: 1 tsp
- Serrano pepper: 1 piece
- chickpea: 3 cup
- potato: 1.5 cup
- sweet green pepper: 1 cup
- green beans: 1 cup
- salt: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 0.25 tsp
- powdered red pepper: 1 pinch
- canned tomatoes: 425 g
- water: 400 ml
- spinach: 3 cup
- coconut milk: 1 cup
- lemon: 1.5 piece
- garlic: 2 piece

Wash the chickpea and leave in water overnight

Heat the frying pan, add olive oil and fry chopped onion, chickpea, green beans, curry and carrots. Cover the pot and fry for 5 minutes until the vegetables become soft. Add sugar, ginger, garlic, Serrano pepper, mix and fry everything for one more minute

Add chopped potatoes, green pepper, tomatoes, water/vegetable broth, black and powdered red pepper, cover the pot and cook for 6 hours. Add clean spinach, mint and coconut milk, cook until the spinach is soft
