Great vegetarian crock pot recipe from my mom. Ground turkey or grilled chicken added to the finished product are great additions for meat lovers. Italian-style diced tomatoes can also be added.
Ingredients
- vegetable broth: 1 container (32 fluid ounce container)
- frozen cheese-filled tortellini: 1 pack (16 ounce pack)
- cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, cut into pieces)
- spinach: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, fresh)
- crimini ('baby bella') mushrooms: 1 cup (sliced)
