Have you ever tasted or heard about the vegetarian shawarma? If not, then you have a great chance to cook the dish right away! Just follow the recipe to cook the vegetarian dish that will surprise you and your loved ones!

Ingredients

  • onion : 2 piece
  • champignons : 700 g
  • tomatoes : 2 piece
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • curry : 1 pinch
  • clove : 5 piece
  • cream : 500 ml (or sour cream)
  • salt : 1 pinch
  • Armenian cracker bread : 6 piece

Stages of cooking

  1. Chop the onion and fry on hot oil.

  2. Then cut the champignons and add them to the onion. Stew for 40 minutes on small fire.

  3. Chop the tomatoes.

  4. Add the tomatoes to the mushrooms and onion. Add black pepper and salt. If you wish, you can also add cloves and curry, but this is an optional step.

  5. Add cream (or sour cream) and stew on small fire for about 15-20 minutes. Then turn off the fire and leave the topping to cool down a bit.

  6. Take one Armenian cracker bread and put the topping inside it.
