A friend at work made this artichoke dip with mozzarella and Parmesan, and I had to have the recipe. It's so simple to make and so tasty! Because it's made with plenty of cheese, it's a real treat on crackers or French bread.

Ingredients

  • mayonnaise: 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (grated)
  • jars marinated artichoke hearts: 2 piece (6.5 ounce, drained)
  • mozzarella cheese: 2 cups (shredded)
  • ½ teaspoons garlic powder: 1 piece
  • paprika: 1 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
