This chunky watermelon feta salad with arugula and tomatoes is enjoyed by all. Thanks to the watermelon, the kids like it also!

  • white balsamic vinegar: 2 tsp

  • ounces grape tomatoes: 8 piece (halved)
  • arugula: 3 cups
  • red onion: 1 cup (sliced)
  • watermelon: 2 pound (cubed)
  • ounces feta cheese: 4 piece (cut into 1/4 inch cubes)
