Ingredients

- white balsamic vinegar: 2 tsp
- kosher salt: 0.5 tsp
- ounces grape tomatoes: 8 piece (halved)
- arugula: 3 cups
- red onion: 1 cup (sliced)
- watermelon: 2 pound (cubed)
- ounces feta cheese: 4 piece (cut into 1/4 inch cubes)
