Ingredients
- seedless watermelon: 6 cups (cubed)
- mint leaves: 50 piece (fresh)
- limes: 5 piece (juiced)
- white rum: 1 cup
- simple syrup: 0.66667 cup
- ice cubes: 2 cups (or as needed)
- club soda: 1 cup (or as needed)

Place watermelon cubes into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl through a mesh strainer to remove pulp. Measure 2 cups strained watermelon juice and set aside.
