- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- garlic: 3 clove (minced)
- canned green Chili peppers: 2 cans (4 ounce cans, chopped)
- ground cumin: 1 Tbsp
- oregano: 1 Tbsp (dried)
- ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
- ground cayenne pepper: (to taste)
- ground white pepper: (to taste)
- chicken broth: 5 cups
- cannellini beans: 3 cans (15 ounce cans)
- Monterey Jack cheese: 2 cups (shredded)

Combine ground turkey, onion, and garlic in a large pot over medium heat; cook and stir until turkey is browned, about 10 minutes. Add chile peppers, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and white pepper; cook and stir 5 more minutes.
