This yummy homemade whole wheat and honey pizza dough is quick and easy to make. You can top it any way you like! This recipe makes a thin crust, but it can be doubled for a thick crust.

- active dry yeast: 1 pack (.25 ounce pack)
- warm water: 1 cup
- whole wheat flour: 2 cups
- wheat germ: 0.25 cup
- salt: 1 tsp
- honey: 1 Tbsp

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Flour a 12-inch pizza pan.

In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine flour, wheat germ, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in honey and yeast mixture. Stir well to combine. Cover and set in a warm place to rise for a few minutes.
