Ingredients
- salsa: 3 cups (divided)
- cream cheese: 1 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
- stalks green onions: 4 piece (chopped, divided)
- ½ cups Cheddar cheese: 2 piece (divided)
- ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese: 2 piece (divided)
- flour tortillas: 12 piece (8 inch)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Lightly mix remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack in a bowl. Sprinkle cheese mixture over the enchiladas then scatter remaining green onions over top. Cover the dish with aluminum foil. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
