Ingredients
- Adygei cheese, crumbled: 0 g
- mushrooms: 0 g (sliced)
- onion: 1 piece (sliced)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- olive oil: 1 Tbsp
- thyme: 1 tsp (dried)
- salt and pepper: (to taste)
- ready-made pie crust: 1 piece

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until they become translucent.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they become tender and most of the moisture has evaporated.

Remove the pan from heat and season the mushroom mixture with dried thyme, salt, and pepper to your taste.

Roll out the pie crust and gently press it into a tart pan.

Spread the crumbled Adygei cheese evenly over the bottom of the tart crust.

Spoon the mushroom mixture on top of the cheese, spreading it out evenly.

Place the tart in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
