An absolutely delicious coleslaw, more tart and tangy than the creamy kind. Can make this up to 2 weeks ahead of serving and it only gets better.
Ingredients
- medium head cabbage: 1 piece (shredded)
- red onion: 1 piece (diced)
- carrots: 1 cup (grated)
- stalks celery: 2 piece (chopped)
- white sugar: 1 cup
- white vinegar: 1 cup
- vegetable oil: 0.75 cup
- salt: 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard: 1 Tbsp
- black pepper: (to taste)
